These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SenangSuka website and your purchase of Ready-to-Eat products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Company Information

SenangSuka Foods Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a Malaysian company producing Ready-to-Eat corn products manufactured in MeSTI-certified facilities.

2. Products

Our Ready-to-Eat sweet corn is vacuum-packed and heat-treated (retort process). Shelf life is based on unopened packaging stored at room temperature. Once opened, the product should be consumed immediately.

3. Orders & Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• We do not store your payment information.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Delivery

• Klang Valley: Delivery within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods or holidays.

5. Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

• The product is defective upon arrival
• Wrong item was delivered
• Packaging is compromised (not vacuum sealed)

For claims, contact us with photos within 24 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp.

6. Farmer Partnership Submissions

Farmer submissions through the website or WhatsApp do not guarantee a purchasing agreement. All sourcing is subject to quality checks and capacity needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery, or incorrect address submissions by customers.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
